For amount of damage on account of two heifers injured and one calf killed at or near Mile Post 32 on or about Sept. 15th, 1907 by passenger train. In consideration of this payment John Simmons, releases the Norfolk & Western Railway Company for all liability for claim of loss or damage on said account"
